Retreat
'09 - September 5 - 7, 2009
Everyone rides a bus up at
8:00 am on September 5th,
 If you are a
member of the Symphony and can not attend
this retreat you must contact
Mr. Gilson and let him know why you
can't participate.
 All
symphony members will be notified by email
when retreat packets are available for
pickup. It usually will be during the Summer
Workshop for the other ensembles (Aug
10-14).
Please
download registration forms print, fill out
and
mail with your payment for the
retreat to:

Music
will be handed out with the retreat packets.
If
you cannot pick up your packet
please send an email to let us know so we
can mail it to you.
Include
in your email to us, your complete mailing
address.
If you are in
the Symphonic Orchestra and want to
participate in this retreat please contact
Mr. Gilson.
The Symphony
Retreat will be held at
http://www.whisperingwinds.org/
Concert at Whispering Winds on Monday
September 7th. All parents and family are
encourage to attend the concert and pick up their kids.
If you can't attend you must make
arrangements for someone else to pickup and
bring your child home.
